Favorite Marinade
Ingredients:
- 1/3 cup of low sodium soy sauce
- 1/2 cup of olive oil
- 1/4 cup of worcestershire sauce
- the juice of 1 lemon
- 2 tablespoons of dried basil
- 1 tablespoon of minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon of white pepper
- 1/2 of an onion, cut into pieces
Add all of the ingredients together in a food processor and pulse until smooth. Marinade pork chops, steak, chicken, or shrimp for at least an hour before cooking. It's great on the grill!
